What we offer
Four workshop programmes, each built around a specific leadership challenge. Pick one, or combine them into a longer programme.
New manager foundations
A two-day intensive for people who have been managing for less than a year. We cover delegation, giving difficult feedback, and running a useful one-to-one. Participants practise each skill in pairs and get written notes from our facilitators. Groups of 8 to 14 people. Runs monthly in our Great Maggio training space or on-site at your office.
Strategic decision-making
Three days focused on how senior leaders make high-stakes choices under time pressure. We use scenario exercises drawn from real UK businesses (anonymised, of course). Participants work through resource allocation, stakeholder mapping and risk assessment in small groups of four. Best suited for directors and department heads with at least three years of management experience.
Conflict and difficult conversations
One day, entirely practical. We bring trained actors who role-play the kinds of conversations most managers dread: performance warnings, salary disputes, team friction. Each participant runs through at least three scenarios and receives video playback with facilitator commentary. This is our most popular workshop, and it books up roughly six weeks in advance.
Five-day leadership intensive
Our longest programme combines all three shorter workshops into a single week, with an extra day of individual coaching and a 360-degree feedback review. Participants leave with a 90-day development plan reviewed by their facilitator. We run this quarterly, and we limit it to 10 people per cohort so each person gets substantial one-on-one time.
